WSOP Reveals Multiple 2023 Online Bracelet Schedules
There can never be enough World Series of Poker bracelets. The summer of 2023 delivered 95 live bracelet events in Las Vegas at the Horseshoe and Paris casinos. At the same time, the WSOP put up 34 online bracelet tournaments for players in four American states. There were 20 online events for players in New Jersey and Nevada (combined player pool), with another seven for Pennsylvania players and seven for those in Michigan. That means the summer ended with 129 bracelets awarded.
More live bracelet events await WSOP players, with 15 set for WSOP Europe October 25 to November 15, as well as another 15 scheduled for the new WSOP Paradise stop in the Bahamas December 3-14. That will put the 2023 bracelet tally at 159.
But wait; there’s more!
The WSOP’s partnership with GGPoker has prompted the now-annual WSOP Online bracelet series. This series starts next weekend and runs through October 2. To keep up, the WSOP-com online site in the United States will offer 33 online events for players located in Nevada and New Jersey, while the Pennsylvania and Michigan events have yet to be announced. And the WSOP Ontario site in Canada will host eight bracelet events.
The World's Largest Online Poker Festival returns August 20-October 17✨ @ggpoker and GGPoker CA are kicking off the series internationally this Sunday through Oct. 2 and @wsopcom will run domestically Sept. 10 to Oct. 17.

WSOP Online – International
On August 17, the World Series of Poker and partner GGPoker announced the online series of bracelet events…that would start three days after the announcement. It was set for August 20 through October 2, complete with 33 gold bracelet events.
WSOP Senior Vice President and Executive Director Ty Stewart noted that “WSOP Online is quickly realizing its vision to be the premier annual online poker series” as it will compete with the longtime premier online series, the World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) on PokerStars. Stewart added that the bracelet events on GGPoker help put the “world” in World Series of Poker.

The full schedule is listed on the GGPoker website.
Notice that the schedule lists several Day 2 and final stage dates, but initial flights and starting information are listed on a separate schedule at the bottom of the page. There are also a massive number of other events on that lower schedule. Those may say they are “WSOP Online” events, but unless they show an event number, they are NOT bracelet events.
The website also lists a promotion in conjunction with the bracelet series. The $2M Continental Freerolls will involve the nationalities of the players in the WSOP Online events. Based on the nationality of each player, GGPoker will assign one of four continents (or continental regions): Americas, Europe, Mediterranean, and Asia Pacific.
Players who win events – even non-bracelet events – will prompt GGPoker to put in a pre-determined amount of money to the prize pool of that player’s continent. And every player in the particular continent will be able to participate in the freerolls that arise from those prize pools. In addition, the winner of each continental/regional leaderboard will win a VIP package to WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas. Each package will be worth $35K.
WSOP Online returns, uniting players worldwide. Compete for a legendary WSOP Gold Bracelet together with players from different continents and showcase your skills.

WSOP Online Ontario
Most of the smaller segregated markets in which WSOP offers online poker are located in the United States, but there is one exception: Ontario, Canada. The WSOP operates in that province via the GGPoker software, so it is no surprise that they will offer bracelet events this year, as they did last year.
Players located in Ontario have eight bracelet events from August 21 through October 2, each with a guarantee on the prize pool.
Event | Date | Buy-in | Tournament Description | GTD |
1 | 21-Aug | $300 | NLHE Gladiators of Poker Opener | $150,000 |
2 | 28-Aug | $210 | NLHE Mystery Millions | $200,000 |
3 | 4-Sep | $100 | NLHE Million$ Mini Main Event | $100,000 |
4 | 10-Sep | $2,013 | NLHE Millionaire Maker in Paradise (Live Final 100) | $6,720,000 |
5 | 11-Sep | $400 | PLOssus Bounty | $100,000 |
6 | 18-Sep | $400 | NLHE Colossus | $200,000 |
7 | 25-Sep | $1,000 | NLHE Main Event | $500,000 |
8 | 2-Oct | $525 | NLHE Closer | $150,000 |
One tournament in the listing has a caveat. The Millionaire Maker will run only until it thins the field to 100 players. This will happen with the GGPoker international online series as well. That event will also send its final 100 players to the Bahamas, where the survivors will play for the bracelet in the live setting.
WSOP Online NJ/NV
For United States players, the WSOP Online action doesn’t kick off until September 10. That is when the primary 33-event series will begin on the WSOP online poker sites linked in Nevada and New Jersey. Since that is the biggest of the WSOP’s three markets in the USA, it will offer more than the other two, which will be for the states of Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Unlike in Ontario, most of the US events do not offer prize pool guarantees.

Note that the WSOP Online series for Pennsylvania and Michigan are not yet available. It is likely that both series will run in the same September-October time frame as the ones in Nevada and New Jersey. However, each of the two remaining states will probably only offer eight bracelet events.
While the international and Ontario WSOP Online series each offer the Millionaire Maker events that will play down in the Bahamas in December, the US series don’t appear to offer that same event. It is unclear why the US market isn’t allowed to participate in that particular bracelet tournament.
