Winter OSS Offering $30M in Guarantees at ACR Poker
When ACR Poker names its flagship online poker tournament series, it’s serious. The Online Super Series (OSS) has had numerous iterations through the years. The Mini Online Super Series (MOSS) and Bigger Online Super Series (BOSS) are the main offshoots of the primary OSS, but there is also the XL edition, which combines all three into one massive series.
As winter creeps in on everyone, it’s the perfect time to bring in the Winter Online Super Series. (WOSS isn’t very catchy, though, so they’re using Winter OSS. Good decision.)
The main things to know about WOSS are:
- It runs through Monday, November 27.
- There are $30M in guarantees.
- The series includes a range of buy-ins.
- ACR contributes a $35K leaderboard.
- There is a $1M GTD event and three $1.5M GTD events.

Winter OSS Overview
The 2023 Winter OSS officially began on October 29, but that was just the first two events that offer many, many starting flights over the coming weeks. The rest of the series got underway on Sunday, November 5.
With $30M guaranteed over the four weeks, ACR Poker got creative with the schedule. The operator wanted to give all players a chance to participate, no matter their bankrolls. That’s why buy-ins start at just $1.10 and most of them remain under the $109 price point. Of course, there are high rollers for the higher-stakes players, but those are outliers to the regular WOSS schedule.
The series includes an array of poker variants. While most events are No Limit Hold’em, there are quite a few Omaha tournaments – mostly PLO or PLO-8 – and games like Stud, too. There are many variations of Hold’em and Omaha, such as regular and turbo structures, bounties and super bounties, multi-day and reentry events, and everything from mega starting stacks to 6-max tables.
There are a total of 311 tournaments in the series that runs through Monday, November 27, which means there are approximately two dozen tournaments each day.
WOSS Highlights
The two biggest Mystery Bounty events started their multi-flight action on October 29 but offer many opportunities to get in, as Day 2 doesn’t occur until November 26. The other multi-flight events started players on November 5 but allow flights all the way through to early on November 27. These are all of the multi-flight events with their final days:
- Event 1: $16.50 NLHE Mystery Bounty ($300K GTD) – Day 2 on Nov 26
- Event 2: $2.50 NLHE Mystery Bounty ($100K GTD) – Day 2 on Nov 26
- Event 3: $630 NLHE ($1.5M GTD) – Day 2 on Nov 27
- Event 4: $215 NLHE ($1M GTD) – Day 2 on Nov 27
- Event 5: $66 NLHE ($500K GTD) – Day 2 on Nov 27
The three levels of the Main Event actually start later in the series. The top two buy-in levels offer two starting flights, and the lower offers just one, as follows:
- Event 6: $2,650 NLHE Main Event ($1.5M GTD) – Day 1A on Nov 19, Day 1B on Nov 26, Day 2 on Nov 27
- Event 7: $630 NLHE Main Event ($1.5M GTD) – Day 1A on Nov 29, Day 1B on Nov 26, Day 2 on Nov 27
- Event 8: $109 NLHE Main Event ($500K GTD) – Day 1 on Nov 26, Day 2 on Nov 27
Keep in mind that there are many satellites available, especially for the larger buy-in tournaments.
WOSS Leaderboard
ACR Poker is contributing $35K to this Winter OSS leaderboard challenge. Every player in the series can earn points to get on the leaderboard.

- 1st place: $4K
