PokerStars USA Fall Fest Kicks Off November 18
A little bigger and a little better, the PokerStars Fall Fest returns to three states in America this week. Poker players located in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey will be able to participate in the series separately. But altogether, the series will guarantee $2M across 120 events.
Players flocked to this series in 2021 because of the wide range of buy-ins and solid guarantees.
This year, PokerStars has upped the ante a bit and is ready to host its best Fall Fest to date.
Three Series in One
The Fall Fest is a festival of tournaments on the PokerStars global site as well as some individual markets. PokerStars USA has already made it a staple for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
Across the three states, there will be $1.9M guaranteed, spread across 120 individual tournaments. Buy-ins start at just $5, with satellites starting at $1.
Each state will host a Fall Fest Main Event and Mini Main to start on November 27, and two of them added in a High Roller Main. Those high rollers allow up to two reentries, while the rest of them offer up to five reentries.

Event 36: $200 buy-in Main Event ($50K GTD)
Event 37: $30 buy-in Mini Main Event ($10K GTD)

Platinum Passes Available
PokerStars continues to award Platinum Passes to players around the world, and those in the United States have had opportunities to win as well. A Platinum Pass is worth $30K and includes the $25K buy-in to the Poker Players No Limit Hold’em Championship – also known as the PSPC – that will happen in the Bahamas early next year. That high roller tournament will be a part of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA).
The chances to win via the Fall Fest series come from the leaderboards. Each state will track the results of players throughout the series. Players earn points for every tournament they play and based on their cash positions during Fall Fest. From there, the top 200 players in New Jersey, 300 players in Michigan, and 500 players in Pennsylvania will play in respective freerolls on November 29 for the Platinum Passes. There will be one for the winner of each state’s freeroll.
Qualifiers for Fall Fest
As is always the case, players can satellite in to the Fall Fest tournaments at a discount. Satellites start at just $1 and run around the clock.
Players can also get in at no cost by using the appropriate deposit bonus. Players in Michigan who deposit at least $50 or in Pennsylvania and New Jersey who deposit at least $30 will automatically qualify to play in a freeroll for seats to their state’s Main Event. Michigan’s freeroll will award 50 seats, as will Pennsylvania, though New Jersey will award 25 seats.
Those in the series can also qualify for Second Chance Freeroll tickets. Anyone who busts from a Fall Fest tournament before the payouts begin wins a ticket to the following day’s Second Chance Freeroll. Those free tournaments will award more Fall Fest tickets.
