PokerGO Tour Championship 2022 Details Emerge
The PokerGO Tour has been busy since the very beginning of 2022. The tour kicked off with Venetian High Rollers and then hosted the inaugural Stairway to Millions series. There was one high-stakes tournament at the Seminole in Florida to wrap January before the PokerGO Cup and several Aria High Rollers took players through much of February. Now, the action is still in Vegas but at the Wynn Millions and plowing through Wynn High Rollers.
While the schedule moves forward with more Wynn action and then the US Poker Open on tap, the PokerGO Tour is already looking to the end of the season. It announced this week that the PGT Championship will wrap the season with a $500K invitational winner-take-all event.

Fast Forward to Season End
PokerGO is already looking to create a unique finale for the second season of the PokerGO Tour. It is many months away, but it’s always good to give players (and fans) something to look forward to.
This year, the PokerGO Tour will end with a two-day tournament, inviting the top 21 players on the PokerGO Tour leaderboard at that time. They will compete for $500K in cash…with the winner taking home all of it. Players’ starting stacks will correspond to their position on the leaderboard and points earned. Those 21 players will start with three seven-handed tables and play out a final table of just six.
PokerGO President Mori Eskandani said, “The PGT is the battleground for the most elite poker players in the world, and it is only right that we honor the best of the best in extraordinary fashion. We are proud to award the 2022 PGT season champion with a $500,000 prize as we continue to celebrate the most talented players our game has to offer.”
Keep the Money Flowing
As mentioned, the Wynn events are underway in Las Vegas. Those will continue for another week. A week off will then lead to the US Poker Open at the Aria in Vegas.
From there, players can finally see a bit of the world as the PokerGo Tour heads to Cyprus for the Triton series in early April and then the Super High Roller Series Europe, still at the Merit Royal Casino.
