Ignition Poker Offers Festival of Felt in December
Most poker sites run some kind of holiday promotion in December. Ignition Poker, however, runs an entire month – and then some – of tournament action for its players. In fact, the site’s 12 Days of Triple-Headers is in its last days, while the Holiday Series (Festival of Felt) gears up to run from December 26 through January 7.
Let’s explain the two big features of the five-week holiday promotion.
12 Days of Triple-Headers
The first part of the Festival of Felt on Ignition Poker started on December 1 and runs through Tuesday, December 12. Every day of the series, there are four tournaments to keep players busy, with buy-ins from $11 to $1,055.
In all, there are more than $2M in guarantees across this 12-day series.
Every day offers a Main Event, though they vary in buy-in and structure. For the last weekend of this series, those highlights are as follows:
- December 9 at 4:33pm ET: $325 buy-in NLHE Main Event ($63K GTD)
- December 10 at 4:33pm ET: $1,055 buy-in NLHE Main Event ($153K GTD)
- December 11 at 7:33pm ET: $535 buy-in NLHE Turbo Main Event ($35K GTD)
- December 12 at 7:33pm ET: $1,055 buy-in NLHE Main Event ($133K GTD)
Holiday Series
Next up will be the Holiday Series portion of the Festival of Felt. It will kick off its qualifiers on December 13, though the actual series events won’t begin until December 26. It will then run through January 7.
Across the 68 tournaments, the cumulative guarantee will exceed $3M for payouts. And the final day, which will be a Sunday, will offer several Main Events, the biggest of which will feature a $25K guarantee.
The entire series has yet to be posted in the Ignition lobby, but the buy-ins will start at just $24 and max out at $1K.
And while playing in the Holiday Series, make sure to check out the New Year Specials:
- December 31 at 3:24pm ET: $162 buy-in NLHE ($50K GTD)
- January 1 at 3:24pm ET: $162 buy-in NLHE ($200K GTD)
Not a bad way to end a year or start another.
Keep the Ignition lobby open in the coming days so as not to miss the first of the Holiday Series events added to the lineup of tournaments. Satellites will also be available.
